I've contacted customer support, but none of their suggestions worked.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, lowered resolution, lowered quality, removed other burning software, updated drivers.

It's still stuck at 43% whilist burning to a DVD Folder. No matter how long I leave it no progress what so ever.

Did anybody enconter this, and how do you resolve this?

__

I've submitted another support ticket, but any help offered would be appreciated, as I rather do need this DVD soon.

Hi Paveethan -

Which version of PD is it? What are you PC specs? What format are you burning your DVD folder in?

Each of these may have an impact on the issue you're having.

Cheers -

Tony

I'm using PD7 Deluxe latest update.

I'm currently running:

Windows XP Pro.
ASUS P5DL2 MoBo
3 Gigs Ram
Intel Pentium D (Both cpu's stocked at 3.40 GhZ)

As to the output, i'm unaware of what you speak.

How do I check this?

Try a different menu, it's frequently a menu issue. Also, burn to a different location.
Last, download a good defragger, Defraggler from Piriform is good and free. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

I'll defrag overnight; what a coincidence! I use Defragler and Piriform's CCleaner!

I've tried two different locations, I'll change the menu as well.

Wish me luck!

I've defragged, changed menu, left it on overnight + 1 full day.

I've contacted Cyberlink for help; but no reply.

Anyone else know what to do?
