"Menu" button not work on DVD remote control

Hi all,

While the DVD is playing, when I hit the "Menu" button on my Pioneer remote control, it could not return to main menu.

But this happen only on some DVD created by PD7. I could not figure out which situation it work and which it doesn't ???

That button works for all commercial movie DVD.

Does any body has similar experience?

Remote control buttons are notorious for not quite working with every third-party application. Different RCs are, well, different.
Are you sure you used the same remote when the menu button worked, and when it did not work? I have 3 RCs for my TV (cable company, TV manufacturer, DVD manufacturer. Not every RC will work totally with the other machines.
