Captures Wrong Frame

Concidering a return to using PowerDVD after the company I currently used bungled yet another update, but have found one single problem which is making me reconcider.

Whenever I try to take a screenshot of a movie with PowerDVD, when I press the "C" button instead of taking a screenshot of the frame currently on the screen, the dvd jumps to the next frame and takes a screenshot of that instead.

Is there a way to fix this?
