When I click on it, it says the folder can not exceed over 8 gb or so...What can I do....

Have you unchecked "burn to disc" option?

It seems that PD thinks you are making a DVD, but your video is too big to fit on a dual layer disk. I agree with pjc, check "burn to disk option." Q9300 2.5 GHz
