Still beating on this thing, still wont burn freezez creating motion menu or gives variois error codes after "produce" is done, does everything except burn, will burn if I check without menu box, so my burner is OK. Amazing thing is that trial worked flawlessly, which is why I bought PD7. Support is helpful but their stuff is time consuming which I do not have.

Dick,

The problem you describe usually happens with a bad menu. Is it your own custom menu or a default template? Try selecting a different template menu and use as is, no modifications as a test. It would also be helpfull to indicate your PD7 version. I believe an attempt at resolving some of the burn issues is in the latest builds, currently 2726.

You might also try burning to a DVD folder only, not to DVD, and then using ImgBurn or the like to burn to a DVD.

Jeff

I have been beating on this for a while, support has been fast with their replys and suggestions. The other day I just stuck the DVD in forPD7 plus the additional programs that came with the recent promotion, VIOLA everything seems to work great, have done several short and long time DVDS with morion menu no problems. I had previously cleaned out my comp and downloaded the programs again, still could not burn motion menues, but now I can after just inserting the DVDs and instsalling from the DVDS.
