Cannot find downloaded template and titlle after down loading and installatio

Hello everybody,

I am new with Cyberlink product.

I downloaded what I thought were "free" title screens. And upon having accomplished the download I double clicked on the downloaded file and was given the confirmation the file was installed on my program.

However, upon visiting the Title Room I cannot find them within the library. Thank you for any help.

I have tried both 4/3 and 16/9 format ... no result

The template I tried are:

If you go to the Title Room, click on "all content" and will see in the list below a heading "downloaded". It should be there to use.

You also need to update to the latest patch, build 2524. Go here to get it. https://www.cyberlink.com/support/powerdirector-ultra/patches_en_US.html Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

The 1st link, is blending effect, should click the Tools button
To facilitate finding titles should expand Titles Room, see the image
