PDR13 - How to set the default length of custom title templates

I have made a title template with Title Designer. When I insert the title into the time line, the default length is 10 min. How can I change this? PowerDirector 13 Ultimate

To change the Default value, Title
Preferences, Editing, Durations: Title
see the image
PD has no way to set the duration, for specific Title, saved.

Are you sure that you are looking at the timing correctly. The default title is ten seconds. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,
