Buongiorno a tutti,
la settimana scorsa ho regolarmente acquistato online il programma Power Director 16.
Ho fatto tutta la procedura di intallazione, la procedura di registrazione.. ma continuo ad avere problemi.
Ogni volta che avvio il programma, si apre la schermata qui allegata che mi dice che il programma non è attivo perchè non riesce a collegarsi con il server... e c'è un tempo di attivazione di 30 giorni che ormai giorno per giorno stà diminuendo.
Ho provato a contattare il supporto ma non ho ancora ricevuto risposta... e lo stesso identico problema ce l'ho anche con Photo Director 6 che Cyberlink mi ha mandato in regalo.
Consigli ?

I did the whole installation procedure, the registration procedure ... but I still have problems.
Every time I start the program, I open the screen attached here that tells me that the program is not active because it can not connect with the server ... and there is an activation time of 30 days that now day by day is decreasing.
I tried to contact the support but I have not yet received an answer ... and the exact same problem I have also with Photo Director 6 that Cyberlink sent me as a gift.

Internet works very well....
I tried to disable firewall, disable antivirus but the result don't change...
I tried also to connect the computer to internet by phone (cellular)..... always the same result.
Still no answer from the official assistance...
Usually... how many days to receiv and answer ?

And always no answer from the assistance.
In a couple of weeks the program will stop.....
I'm very disappointed to have bought this program.. and no have techical support from Cyberlink: There is the possibility to cancel the purchase and ask for the refund ?
