You are trying to convert a 2D video to 3D. As far as I know it will be in Anaglyph red/cyan mode for the left/right eye. You want to reverse this.

PowerDvd 3D settings allow you to set which eye should see the left image first, aka the red or cyan and will reverse them on the screen for you. As far as I know the 3D glasses that I have seen are red for the left eye not cyan so there is no need to reverse them.
