I'm unable to transfer/download video taken with my nexus 6p camera / phone to my pc / power director ultra 16,

How is the procedure accomplished?

I do not know Nexus 6p, To transfer files (video) from phone to PC, can be by USB cable mainly for long files. small files for eviar by email.
I find via wi-fi too, my pc does not have wi-fi to confirm.
For USB cable connected to the PC open the Explorer locate the phone that is shown as a card or pendrive locate and copy the files to a folder on the PC.
