Dear community members,

We have observed some 3D playback issues in PowerDVD (e.g. no 3D video, cannot enter 3D playback), which specifically happens on platforms that have installed the latest Windows 10 Fall Creators Update and have NVIDIA GPUs and HDMI 1.4 3D compatible display devices. It has been resolved by NVIDIA’s latest 388.31 version driver release.

To install the latest 388.31 version driver, you can refer to the NVIDIA support page:
https://www.geforce.com/drivers

If condition persists after the driver is updated, please contact CyberLink Customer Support.
