I'm having issues with PDR14 and the titler pro. Was wondering if I should upgrade, and if there was a different titles program?

PD16 uses Titler 1.5, a minor tweak perhaps. What issues are you having? HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

Titler Pro 1.5 has some nice features, but no instructions.

Here is a link to 30 tutorials on Titler Pro as it is bundlled with PowerDirector. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D7feQc0Z5iw&list=PLTeYTzfQq245Uk7YUaJDneZ5EpN6blyfl

You can get TitlerPro 6.0 as a stand alone package, but it's pricey--three times the cost of PowerDirector. I have it, but in most cases the older version does enough. Experiment with 1.5. It may suit most of your needs. And the tutorials may help.

I actually love the OEM Titler, you can do a lot of really nice FX, however access to a more robust/newer integrated plug-in version via PAYMENT would be welcome. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

I heartily agree. One would think that New Blue could generate a nice revenue stream if they could package or offer a slightly newer versiion at a modest price. I'm guessing they don't want the headaches that come with tech support of an older version.
