Hello all there.

I am newbie to use power director and just started version 16.

I am very interested in Magic Cut function, thus I try to apply it for my movie which contanis about 20 clips.

Once I apply Magic Cut, the clips do not follow the time line.
I like to make my movie as the time line.

Please kindly help how we keep the time line when using Magic Cut?

Thanks in advace for all for kind advice.

Try this: Produce the video with all 20 clips on the timeline in the time order you want. New workspace with the produced video only and apply Magic Cut.

Let us know if this works for you.

Apply Magic Cut to each of those 20 clips separately. Butt all the ends of those clips together to make one movie is another way that works.

Again we need feedback if this works for you.
