Need to reinstall power dvd 16

i had to reformat my hard drive and reinstall windows and lost my power dvd 16. I purchased the backup cd when I made the purchase but I can’t find that either. I sent and email to tech support 2 days ago and no one will respond. Does anyone know where I can download a copy from?

Send a ticket to another Customer Support language. If you know one, like I did, in German language. We changed ~ 10 emails in 2 days and the problem was fixed. I sent also a ticket to English Support but I received a poor answer after one week.
