No Media Center Plug-in?

I upgraded from 15 to 17 to try and fix a stuttering issue when playing ALL blu-ray movies encoded with Atmos.

It didn't help, but I did end up fixing/mitigating the stuttering issue in 15.

The new user interface to 17 requires more/different input to get started on my Windows 7 based HTPC. I'd prefer to keep things simpler by just using the Media Center like PowerDVD 15 did, but there is no PowerDVD 17 plug-in.

What gives?

The new TV mode is not with Windows Media Center any more.

Media Center has been phased out by MS since 2009, and removed directly in Windows 10.

I know about Media Center and Windows after 7.

I guess I'm just disappointed that the 17 version of PowerDVD isn't really an upgrade for someone using 15 in a Media Center situation.
