HDR and Lighting adjustments leave visible seam when editing 360 video

Hi there,

I got PowerDirector mainly to stabilize and process 360 videos.
Stabilize works fine but there is a problem when using "Lighting Adjustments" or "HDR effect"
As you can see in the attached images both leave a visible seam in the exported 360 video.
The seam is at the position of the sides of the equirectangular image.

All my settings are set to create a 360 video project and the imported footage has no seam - just switching Lighting Adjustements and HDR effect off will get rid of the seam.
Then again if it is available it should also - seamlessly (excuse the pun) - work.

Any idea on how to fix this ?? Without switching it off??

Other adjustments work fine - so far I only had a problem with those two.
There are two images attached which show the seam line.

Cheers

Hmm - just wondering since there is absolute silence - is anybody using those features for 360 editing ??
I mean lighting adjustment seemed like a good idea with material from a Mi Sphere because it doesn't cope well with a big dynamic range but with a seam it is quite useless.

Hello,

I suggest you contact technical support, as it is more than likely a bug or product limitation, than a setting you can tweak:

Request an FTP or provide a link where they can test the video for the best results.

Did that on the same day I asked in the forum.
I know from photography that some adjustments need special treatment (especially HDR) when dealing with 360 images or video.
Haven't heard anything yet - those are my first dealings with CyberLink - so I don't know what their response time usually is.
Might have expected an acknowledgment by now but nothing so far.

I guess I will give it another couple of days cry
