Editing with different fps footage and exporting to 24fps - Help

Hi
I keep reading that the export fps should match the source fps. Otherwise video will shudder/choppy etc. .

Problem is I have 2 cameras and 4 different footage:


  1. Sony camera with XAVC, 1920x1080, 98.8Mb/s, 119.880 (120000/1001) FPS

  2. Same Sony but 4K 29.997 fps

  3. GoPro with 1080/120fps

  4. GoPro with 4k/30fps



Now I'd like to make a video but totally confused as to which 4k settings I should export to.

Help please?
