PCは富士通製のノートPC LifebookWA3/Zです。

キー:HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Cyberlink \ CES_FunctionLogger \ Dataを探します。

On Windows, logged to your account go to menu Start > Run and type regedit. Be careful now, since you operate on the Windows registry. Find the key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cyberlink\CES_FunctionLogger\Data. All the listed entries should be of value 0x00000000 (0). If any of them is not change it to 0. This will be the production profile which produces the message "Production unsuccessful... blah, blah, blah... PowerDirector Tutorials Team

Hi, thank you from Tennessee. I'm sorry that Titans loses, but I'm a fan of Steelers.
I carried out followng instructions, but all entries are 0. Is this that the making of the ISO image succeeds? but windows mount doesn't show any errors. After mount, explorer shows BDMV and STREAM folders and some m2ts files. but WinDVD does'nt show any pictorial image of m2ts files.
My english is very poor, please make an effort so that it is understood.

You should be asking this question in the PowerDvd Previous version forum. I believe that you are stating that you have PowerDirector16 that can create a BD iso. You want to know why you can’t view the same iso file with WinDVD or with PowerDVD12.

See this FAQ. It looks like PowerDVD16 and higher can view iso: https://www.cyberlink.com/support/product-faq-content.do?id=18292&prodId=1 . I don’t have the current version of WinDVD to test. PowerDVD12 can’t play iso directly. You need to buy and use Power2Go to mount the iso as a virtual drive first. See this FAQ: https://www.cyberlink.com/support/product-faq-content.do?id=12262 .

Ummm, I see. But Compatibility is very very important. PowerDirector16Ultra is disappointing for me, because it can not make compatible ISO file. I consider version-up of PowerDVD.

It is not helpful to make incorrect statements. PowerDirector 16 can create an iso file. Windows 10 can mount the iso file. PowerDVD 17 can play the iso file.

PowerDVD 12 was created when Windows 7 was current. Windows 7 does not mount iso files. PowerDVD 12 does not read them. Don’t blame or expect old software made for Windows 7 to work with the new features of Windows 10. You probably got the PowerDVD 12 free as an oem copy. Don’t expect it to work like PowerDVD 17. You are lucky that the old software even works with Windows 10. This seem to be confusing to you. It does sound like that you are not willing to buy any more software.

Run this compatibility checker to see what you need to do : https://www.cyberlink.com/stat/window10-updates-center/enu/index.jsp#rangeWin10 . There is a saying that you get what you paid for.
