Hi, has anyone had trouble playing Planet Earth 2 with the new patch or before? I can’t get it to play and it gives my PC the blue screen of death. I have uninstalled and reinstalled cyberlink, reinstalled SGX, updated my BIOS, updated my receivers firmware, and updated my video drivers. I get a Video TDR failure blue screen before my pc restarts. Please help, thanks.

Hi Duggyhow656,

Please contact the technical support for this. You can find the address in my signature.
In parallel, you can share your DxDiag with me via PM (Please mention the thread).

To get the DxDiag, just type "DxDiag" in the windows search bar, launch the program, and save the result as .txt

Cheers,

Hi, I was able to fix it by installing the intel video drivers on the asrock site. It’s something with the updated drivers that aren’t compatible with the motherboard on some uhd blurays.
