PD16 Will Not Activate

Refuses to activate and keeps giving me the attached error. Nothing wrong with internet. Turned of firewall, AV an UAC. Ran as admin. Nothing is working. Just purchased and registered without issue. Register as in when the box in pops up in the application asking for name and email. That worked without issue and linked to my account with the serial that I input.

I figured it out. Was able to get it to activate. Please delete this thread.
