Subscription fails after latest update

Has anyone encountered the issue of installing the latest LIVE update and having your subscription suddenly broken?

Well now, a reboot, and it's working again, but the process deleted all my AUTOSAVE files, all of them, and also deleted my three downloaded DVD menus from today, including the modified ones.
