Hi everyone, just installed PD16 and found problem showing thumbnails in bin and timeline with mov 4k files. Other file formats seem to be ok. No thumbnail showed just black backgrounds in bin and on timeline no thumbnails.

Anyone with similar problem. I reinstalled the program but no luck. Is there a cure ?

Thank for your time.

Phil

It used to be the case that MOV files needed QuickTime installed. Check to see if you have it. If not, install the light version. Panny TM10, GH2, GH4,

Just to clarify...the full version of Quicktime for Windows has been abandoned and is no longer updated. Security is now an issue for Windows users. The "light" Quicktime does not contain the dangerous components, just the codec. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
