Aaron, welcome to the forum.

A "dxdiag" is the best first step in figuring out what is happening.
Dxdiag instructions scroll down the page till you find the Dxdiag post.

A short clip from the camera, STRAIGHT from the camera, may be helpful.
While we are at it, what is the camera or source of the files?

The sources are a sony handy cam and a Typhoon H drone. (The drone video is not the 4K setting)

It's odd that the crashes in PDR aren't showing up aaronb3476 although the Garmin app and Magix MusicMaker are. The LiveKernelEvent is one that I'd try resolving first of all by running the Windows System File Checker as administrator (Search Windows for "cmd" and you will see "Command Prompt", right click and select "Run as administrator". In the Window that opens type in "sfc /scannow" ). If that doesn't work, is there any chance that your computer could be overheating?

OK - your Dxdiag result shows problems with:-

1) LiveKernelEvent - Code 141 - Check display drivers up to date & not corrupted. Could be system hardware problem. SFC might fix it. Can't see in what app this occurred.
2) (Magix) MusicMaker.exe (mfc120u.dll) - Might just be a case of uninstall/re-install. SFC might fix it.
3) eSu.exe (CLR20r3) - Possibly a .Net framework issue. This executable is part of Garmin app by the looks of it.

As I said. I'd sort out the first one no matter what. It seems to be associated with all sorts of error conditions and also Radeon graphics.

I'm assuming you've tried a fresh install of PDR.

It's difficult to guess what might be the problem given that you say it can happen at any time when you are using PDR and with files from a variety of sources. If PDR isn't actually throwing an error message when it crashes, the only other thing that I can think to suggest is to trawl through Windows Event Viewer and see if you can spot a common denominator there. It might be a good idea to get in touch with Customer Support. Someone else might come in with a better suggestion smile

I have not had any problem until this program was installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still no change. I even restored to before I first installed the program. It's just not worth all the bother and time. I think I am going to buck up the money and upgrade my version of Vegas Pro. I have send several crash reports and to date I have recieved nothing back
