Produce settings for high motion gaming content ?

Hello guys, my first topic on the cyberlink forum.

So i record my high motion fps games with Nvidia Geforce Experience (Shadowplay) at 1080p/60fps/50Mbit and then i import the files in PD16 and export them as 2160p/60fps/50Mbit for YouTube.

I am a little confused about the best way to Produce so there is no blurriness and everything looks clear. I am using a Ryzen 7 1800x so no Intel QuickSync and i render with every hardware encoding turned on via my GTX1080.

Should i keep the two options at Produce Preferences on?

Reduce video blocky artifacts (Intel SSE4 optimized)
Reduce video noise when using MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and H.264 software encoders

Also.. while i let my computer produce and not doing anything else on it i am noticing that PD16 is using maxim 30% from my (8/16) cpus and around 30% from my GPU taking around 30 minutes to render a 20 minutes movie on the settings above. Can i do anything to speed it up without loosing quality? Thanks!
