I recently upgraded my amplifier to a NAD C368. This amplifier has an internal DAC conected to the computer using a coaxial cable to the SPDIF rca jack. All other programs are working with the exception of Power DVD. I do not have a soundcard. I am using RealTek for the SPDIF output from the motherboard. All I get from Power DVD is static.

Motherboard: ASRock P55 Extreme. My Realtex driver is current and works with iTunes and all other sounds.

What am I missing? I am using version 15 but downloaded the trial version of 17 with the same results. I get noise, but its just a static sound.

No, this did not help. Why do I not find a download for PD15 on your website? I purchased this program on 1/16/17. When I went to the original email with links they had expired. I had to find a PD15 download from a third party??? So a program you sold less than 12 months ago isn't supported? After considerable time searching for the proper download, I reinstalled and have the same result.

Isn't supported? They just released software patch several weeks ago recently.
What they sold you is the digital software itself, and the accompanied download service is not offered permanently make sense to me at least.
Just contact Cyberlink for your request, and don't simply accuse that cyberlink doesn't support you without asking them.

I searched for a download for PD15 on the Cyberlink site. I did not find one. The patches only work if you have a version of PD15 already loaded. I classify that as not very good support.

I did contact Cyberlink on the same day I started this thread in the forum. They were kind enough to give me a trouble ticket number but I haven't heard from them.

I appreciate your attitude though. It's been very helpful.
