Screen Recorder Disabled

Hi,

I have PD15 installed and registered but when I click on the screen capture icon I get an error message that I have to activate PD, which I've already done. There is a red dot on the screen capture icon.

Using Win 10

Any ideas?

Thanks for the link -- I installed the PD15 patch and rebooted my PC, but it hasn't fixed the issue.


Also, I noticed there is no Cyberlink Mirror Driver present under display adapter.

OK, I just uninstalled PD15 - rebooted - reinstalled PD15, then the Patch -- rebooted -- enter PD product key and the Screen Recorder is still disabled and nagging me about activating PD.

Any more ideas anyone?
