We are only volunteer users, like yourself, so we don't have the "inside track", but if past years are any indication, the PD16 should roll out mid to late September. You can see that they have quite the sales on now for PD15, ending September 7, which means that PD16 is coming. There is usually a new version every autumn, and most commonly in September.

Current 'final sale' on PD 15 ends on 7th September so maybe soon after that but they sometimes do final sales then extend the period!

haha yeah the "final sale" was previously until 31 August. Then they changed the date to 7 September. I'll bet they add another week on top of that as well.

Then there's the fake low stock message:



I watched the counter. It stopped at 93 and wouldn't got any lower. Then I loaded up a different browser and the countdown started again from the top (410 or something). All these tactics are pretty deceptive, Cyberlink.

And invariably complaints and howls by buyers not aware that they bought software less than one month before the latest version.



How can there be "low stock" if it is a download from their HD???



My hope is that PD16 includes UHD burning, a slim hope since since only two (thanks Gary) asked for it. But CL prides itself to be an inovator and justifiably so, so it may come to pass.
