How to download my software links expired

Dear Members,

I have lost my data due to bad hard disk , I need to download my software again. I have very less confidence on cyberlink customer support for their response. I have submitted a support ticket with my order number

This "human error" happens more often than you might think. As long as you have provided sufficient proof-of-purchase to SUPPORT then you will likely get your software again, but please copy it to another drive, as you should all your on-line software purchases.

Thank you for your reply, I did csubmit support ticket with my order number. What frustrates me , their number is USA toll free number and I'm calling from australia. I'll be happy to contact on non toll free number. Please pass the number if you have

Get an external HDD and back your stuff up. AOMEI makes a terrific free backerupper. And for video two HDD come in handy anyway.
