Power DVD 17. playback of DVD

On my computer:

When I play back a commercial DVD, the fast forward and the slider buttons work. However when I play back the same movie after copying it and burning it with Cyberlink Software (not an encryption problem) the fast forward and slider buttons do not work. The movie plays ok but the buttons are not active.

Any ideas?

They do not know the product and you cannot understand them.
