I downloaded the free blending effects but they don't show up

So I downloaded the free blending effects clicked on them all and get messages they were installed but they don't show up anywhere in effects. I moved the dbzl to the folder Users\Public\Cyberlink\Downloaded Effects\Particle Effects as well and that didn't help. Any ideas? Nothing shows up in "Downloaded Effects" in PDR-15

Most of the Blend effects are probably already installed in PDR anyway.

To find them, select a clip & go to Tools > Blending Effect... you'll see the templates there.

When they're downloaded from DZ, they're installed at C:\Users\Public\CyberLink\Downloaded BlendEffects
