PowerDVD 9 Hardware Acceleration

When playing a blu-ray PowerDVD 9 turns hardware acceleration on automatically.

If you then play a DVD it remains turned on. So I manually set it to off in order to use the new True Theater features.

Then I played another blu-ray and it turned hardware acceleration on again. OK fine. It needs it for blu-ray.

Then playing another DVD it leaves it on so again I have to manually set it to off.

Am I missing something or is this a bug.

I've got the same problem. Seems like the developers won't even test the most simple parts of the program. Quite amazing.
