PD7 Window Size ignores Taskbar size and Vista Sidebar

When PD7 is running , the size of the Window it runs in ignores the Vista taskbar area size and also ignores if Windows sidebar is running.

This means critical areas of the PD7 Workspace get covered up, and basically you have to shut down windows sidebar (or constantly change the settings for it) and also resize the taskbar to only one row in height so you can work with PD7. Win8 64-bit Pro Retail
