Using ADr7Live, I swear I did this before, but cannot recall, maybe I'm wrong, but I have a 40 minute soundtrack with a few people in an audience coughing. I can certainly go through every second of the video and deal with it that way, but can't I isolate 1 cough and then apply that to the rest of the video so Audiodirector seeks the target sound and reduce/remove it? I tried opening ADr alone, and as a plug-in, but can't seem to find my answer. Thank you for any input.

The Feb 2017 Webinar show how to fix audio by substitution first and then by Visual Repair/Harmonic Finder/Auto attenuate starting at 44:40 into the video. You may have to do this more than once. Hope this helps...
