I just had to reinstall my OS. Now I need to download PD14 Ultimate. Is there a way to do this as right now I do not have a backup disk? Please provide me the steps I need to take to accomplish this.

Thanks,

Hello,

To reinstall without backup disk (and presumably downloading from their site) go to tech or customer support of Cyberlink and just ask to provide you the links necessary to download PD14 and assorted packs. They usually give the links for several days so that you have the time to reinstall.

Good luck.

PS. Have your serial number on hand when filling in the form on their site.
