I have bought Powerdvd 16 ultra for the specific task of playing 4K Hevc

But Im getting this error message when trying to play an 4K HEVC file.

"cyberlink powerdvd cannot play this media file because some components have not yet been activated via the internet."



I did activate Powerdvd 16 tonight when i purchased it and got an Ok activation answer. I can also access the you tube content within the program so i have internet connection.



I have also deleted the cache files under appdata C:\Users\Myname\AppData\Local\CyberLink\PowerDVD16\cache as i saw someone on hre recommend another user with the same problem. I the uninstall the program without saving my previous settings and the rebooted and installed the program again. With the same result when trying to play these movies.

But when i rstart Powerdvd i get same error message when i`m trying to play the file. I have tried 5-10 different movies but all with the same result.



Please help.

Pero Im que consigue este mensaje de error al intentar reproducir un archivo de 4K HEVC.

" CyberLink PowerDVD no puede reproducir este medio debido a que algunos componentes no han sido activados a través de Internet ."



Hice activar PowerDVD 16 esta noche, cuando lo compró y obtuve una respuesta de activación Ok. También puedo acceder al contenido del tubo que dentro del programa, así que tengo conexión a Internet.



También he borrado los archivos de caché bajo appdata C: \ Users \ Minombre \ AppData \ Local \ CyberLink \ PowerDVD16 \ cache como vi a alguien en la EDH recomendar otro usuario con el mismo problema. Yo la desinstalación del programa sin guardar mi configuración anterior y el reiniciado e instalado el programa de nuevo. Con el mismo resultado al intentar reproducir estas películas.

Pero cuando RSTART Powerdvd consigo mismo mensaje de error cuando i`m tratando de reproducir el archivo. He tratado 5-10 películas diferentes, pero todos con el mismo resultado.



Por favor ayuda.

Hello.

I actually solved this by altering my hosts file. Then i activated the features that wouldn`t activate before.



Now however i get stutter when playing HEVC 10 BT2020 files. I don`t seem to get H/W to function when playing these files with PDVD16.



I tried with MPCHC and they played fine.



Is there any settings in PDVD16 to force H/W acceleration on HEVC files ?

I am also getting this error code. I uploaded several .mp4 files and edited them just fine when i installed this software but two days later it says i cannot use these files.
