Video Shot Slightly Out of Focus--Can PowerDirector 15 Fix It?

Spent a while looking through the forums but could not find this question asked nor a similar answer given. Over Christmas I did a two camera shoot using my Canon SD Camcorder (on a tripod) and my Galaxy Note 4 Smartphone (as roving cam). The Smart phone footage came out perfect execept for the ever present moments of shakiness of which I can fix in post. The footage shot with the Canon is a whole different story. Using a 7 inch monitor, everything looked in focus. However, once I got it into PD15, there is clearly a number of ocassions where the shots are out of focus. I had turned AF off for this shoot as it was stationariy. Coming from Premire Pro, there was an Unmask feature that fixed this kind of an issue? Does PD15 have anything to fix this, in esssence, bring a little more focus to the video? I tried the "Enhance" feature but that did not seem to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Best.
