No Modify Button Anywhere

I am running PD15 as part of Director Suite 5. My version does not have a "Modify" button where it should be. I've checked settings to see if it was turned off but it's not there. Sure I can double click and the same task that the Modify button would do is completed but it's strange that it is not there. I attached a screen capture to illustrate this. Does anyone else have this problem?

The Designer button replaces the old Modify button but it works the same way. The UG has not been completely updated.
