Thank you! The ones here are BWI from the parking garage ... didn't get rousted and it worked well.
Anyway ... Here's my flow: I shoot in RAW, use LR-T and Lightroom to develop, and from Lightroom, I export 4K JPEGs to LR-T. That's where I render the timelapse after deflickering etc. That version always looks clean.
When I bring to PD for slight zooming, or as part of a feature with 8-10 different timelapses and transitions, I get the bad effect. I get it even without any zooms applied; I've tested. Just on dark skies. Actually this BWI sequence most of all.
PD-14 has some editing troubles with 4K but I can put up with it most times. This shimmer drives me crazy ...
