why why why would you not back up your downloaded programs?
OK, so you cannot get your downloads back until you contact SUPPORT and give them any and all information regarding your purchases of PowerDirector, and HOPE they give them back to you. We cannot help you here.
As for New Blue, I am unsure if NEW downloads of OLD Cyberlink wares will include all the content you originally had.
In the event you do get your programs, I suggest installing PD12 first because it has a bad habit of deleting/overwriting New Blue folder contents and can cause real grief.
I would install 12, then 11, then the other newer ones, maybe that will not overwrite the folders. Hard to say.

The installation files are indifferent to the user. As long as you have the licence keys, it doesn't matter where or who you get the installation files from.

You do indeed need to install the older versions of PowerDirector to have the different NewBlue effects installed. Been there, done that.

I have all the installation files for PowerDirector versions 8 through 14. Any suggestions where I could upload them for sharing with you and other unfortunate souls? (I can't say how long it would take but I have a new fast(er) internet connection setup ordered for the upcoming Friday.)…

Well, yes. I am not exactly worried but your comment, Longedge, has made me realize it is more than likely anybody skillful or motivated enough can find the installation files already available for download in various cyberspace locations…

I have no longer the possibility to download PD11 and PD12 . I have kept the licence number but not the link and the programs . Regards

Only Cyberlink support can supply you with download links for PD 11 and PD 12.
