Check the AutoSave folder if you can find the old project file.
You may find the path in Preferences > Project. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks King for your answer.
The problem is the same when I open a older project from AutoSave. The programe are in 4:3 and change all projects.
I try to check in preferences the windows where I can order or 16: or 4:3 but I can't find any place with that possibility.

The sensation is how the PD14 has the order to not accept to open the projects maked in 16:9.
If I change all the images, etc, like a new project the PD14 accept to open with 16:9 but I must make the all jobs again.

First after opening the project change to 16x9, then click with the right mouse button on a video in the timeline to select, Set Clip Attributes / Set Aspect Ratio, check the box, De aspect ratio of the video is 16x9, check the box Apply to all videos / OK AMD-FX 8350 / 8GB DDR3

Sorry and thanks for your help and patient with my question.
I explain you
When I open the PD14 is already set default 4: 3 according to your image.

When I open a project I'm doing with titles , pictures , etc to present the video shot in 16: 9 format , the PD14 compresses all 4: 3 .
I go back to change to 16 : 9 but no longer respect any of the properties of the frames or files .

I can not find anywhere how to stay the PD14 in 16 : 9 instead of 4: 3.

I mean, I created a template for a play in which the titles and the curtains or curtains that open and close appear . This template is adapted to some videos that are added at the end.
Well the PD14 to open the template and changes everything 4: 3 but changing to 16: 3 it cut but not adapted

That may happen if you started your project in 4:3 in the beginning and then you added all those assets, images, titles, particles, pip objects in the 4:3. Later you added 16:9 videos and try to change the project to 16:9 and see these problems and can't fix it.

You need to start a new project in 16:9 only and at the beginning even if your assets are 4:3. That way when you add 16:9 videos, the correct assets such as titles, pip objects, particles used are 16:9 ones not the 4:3 ones for 4:3 projects which give you these problems. PD14 carry two different sets of assets. They may look the same at first but they are not.

All components of my projects are in 16:9 from de first version of PD since 4 years ago.

I will be heavy but I must check one for one to restore the project.

Dear friends, I find a solution to recover the projects in the original format.

I open a project, how the PD automaticaly change to 4:3, I change again to 16:9.
After that I save it.
Open the older project and Copy the components of it.
Open again the new project and paste. Is all correct like the older project.
The solution is Copy-Paste because if I import the older project not work correctly.
For your information. Thanks and good look.
