Motion Tracking problems in PD14

i recently got PD 14, and everytime i click on motion tracking I see no preview of the video i am using, its just a black screen.

Can anyone help?

(The preview normally works, its just when i click on motion tracking)

Have you 'googled' Motion Tracker Power Director Tutorials?
