You have a 30 day Money Back warranty but you need to contact Cyberlink Support for help with that. I'm sure they'll sort any problems with incorrect versions. The users here in trhe forum can't sort that out for you.

What is available will depend on what you have bought e.g. PD14 Ultra or Ultimate or Suite but just download everything that is on offer.

Your first job should be to make backups of everything in several places, I keep copies of the files on DVD's and a dedicated external Hard Drive. My working installation files are on one of my internal drives so I have 3 x copies. The link to the downloads is only valid for a fairly short time. I keep a text file with my install files and backups which contains the installation keys but you can obtain keys at any time by logging into your Cyberlink Account and looking at your purchases.

I'm certain there is a 'Read Me' somewhere in the process that tells you what order to install things. It's important to follow that so that stuff gets installed into folders where PD can 'find' them.

I'll be surprised if someone else doesn't provide a more detailed/accurate reply but don't forget the backups!

Download all the files they give you in the link. Try to install all of them in order. Not aware of any PD14 versions made for macs.

OK..got it...There are , strangely , no instructions on the download page. The activation email explains the need to download everything but that arrived an hour later!

I did appear to have PC files. Just a bit weirdd that the file names have 'ultra Mac' in them.....that's why I wobbled.

Anyway....appears to be installing now.....so ...here goes!
