Hi,

When I download a picture in my frames, I have a loss of definition, or loss of quality. Also with pictures with a high definition (4000px x 3000 px, for example).

So, do you know what can I do to keep a good quality with my pictures?

Thanks for your help.

Evrard

If you are talking about the preview window, you can select the quality you want below the window (the symbol just to the left of the speaker). The higher the quality you choose, the more powerful the CPU required to play it without jumps and jerks. (Not sure what you mean by "my frames"). Regards,
Dan

Hi!
Sorry, I haven't well explained my problem.
When I make a photo montage with a good software (Gimp), the picture is good.
But, when I downloaded it in Power director, this image is very bad.
See them:

Look for the icon in the red circle - CLICK on it

" alt="Preview Quality Icon" id="__mcenew" />

It should say Preview Quality - hover your cursor over that... then you can select from several choices as far as how high a quality you want.

You are more than welcome.

If you could, please.....

Come back into the subject line of your FIRST post... and include the word " SOLVED" ... that would be appreciated.

Thanks,

CS

Ok CS 2014, I just did it, I don't know if I dit it right!
Tell me.

And please one question more:

When you make a choice with the "Preview Quality Icon". It's just a preview, this is not what we got for the final production.
Thanks

See you

Correct... that is just the preview quality.

When you either 'produce' a file or burn to a DVD - or Blu-ray disc... you choose what quality or resolution you want the final output to be like then.

Thanks for updating the title.
