Black Preview Screen for one project only

I have a project where the preview screen went black/blank. All other projects seem OK. Of course, this is a big project that I don't want to re-do!

PD13, Windows 7 64 bit. Removed, reinstalled PD13, applied newest update patches. Also updated video card.

Since it is limited to one project, I believe it to be PD13 related and not system related.

The media shows in the timeline OK. Also shows fine if double-clicked on (edit mode). Only black screen in previewer.

Just found another project that is doing the same thing...

(its not effecting all of my projects, but a number of them)
