Does an upgrade to Win10 affect PD12?

Upgraded my computer, which always ran PD 12 very well, to win10 and now it takes forever and a day to do ANYTHING. Any suggestions????

Many have upgraded to win 10 and have no problems. You may have an incompatible component. See this sticky and supply Part A and part B for users to analyze : http://forum.cyberlink.com/forum/posts/list/40225.page .
