Since you have a GTX560, the crashing issue sounds like the GeForce Experience conflict with PD14 issue. Do you have GeForce Experience installed, it installs by default? If so, simply reinstall your 368.22 drivers and perform a "Custom" install and only install the driver, see attached pic.

Hello, somrozen!

I think JL_JL has given the best possible advice here. I myself have not had issues with G-Force, but many others have done, a selective read of other posts on this forum will confirm this. I should point out, however that this forum is for Power Director(Previous Versions). Your question would've been better posed on the Power Director 14 forum. Though come to think of it, with the iminent release of PD15(around September/October, 2016 or thereabouts) then PD14 will soon be a "previous version".

Cheers!

Neil.

(I've had to post again as my first attempt failed - took far too long to "save".)

When I first answered this, the OP was still in the Power Director(Previous Versions) forum page. It has since been moved to the appropriate forum, as Daffyd B. has remarked.

I could recommend many things (sfc scan, Reset your W10 PC, reinstall PD14, disable OpenCL in pref....on and on), however, they'd all just be a guess as the only information to work with is just a response of "it crashes" makes it pretty hard to debug. Obviously a conflict going on that needs resolution, hands on remote sessions much better than guessing. As such, I think your best solution would be to contact CL technical support ( http://www.cyberlink.com/support/contact-support.jsp ) with a hands on remote computer session to resolve your crashes.

Thank you for contacting CyberLink Technical support.

I understand that your PowerDirector 14 crashes when produced.

In regards to your concern, I would suggest you to try few troubleshooting steps and check if it helps:

1) Ensure your graphics card driver is up-to-date.

Yes, they are

2) Update to the latest version of Windows Media Player or QuickTime software.

all up to date

3) Disable the hardware video encoder when producing, if enabled.

done

4) Try to use another source file format in your project.

what? I have 2 x Panasonic AC160AEJ, with AVCHD record, and 2 x Sony A6000 with XAVCS record, and DJI OSMO

5) Remove all third party codecs if any are installed.

only Klite Codec pack in my computer

6) Try to output the production in a different video file format.

H264, MP4, 1920x1080 25p - I need this one, maybe XAVCS will be better?

Hi, Somrozen!

Judging from your comments in response to Cyberlink Tech. Support's suggestions, seems to me Tech Support hasn't really been of much help. Someone else on this forum may be of more help to you, just keep watching this post. I must admit your situation's a bit above my skills level though, but help will soon come. Hang in there!

Cheers!

Neil.

Hi,
5) Remove all third party codecs if any are installed.
only Klite Codec pack in my computer

Remove the codec pack - there should be no need to have a codec pack?

Please provide a full diagnostic, see guide Part B.

I have had PDR14 crash when selecting in Produce, caused by a faulty Profile.ini/template corrupted.
Suggestion:
Close PDR14.
Go to, C:\Users\YourPC\AppData\Roaming\CyberLink\PowerDirector\14.0
Change the name of Profile.ini to ProfileXXX.ini
Open PDR14
Select your project and go to Produce.
You will need to recreate any Customise templates but do so using PDR14 Produce selections etc.

What happens after you've altered Profile.ini to ProfileXXX.ini?.
