Just a guess.

Are you running Powerdirector as administrator? Are you the administrator user?

Also is your graphics hardware the default video card? Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.

Carl, I am using the graphics card as default.
However, how do i use PD as admin?
Also, now my viewing screen is black!!!
If I click on the clip, I see it, but if I try to play it or edit, all i get is sound. Other people on google have had this problem, but I don't understand how to fix it.

You may have a problem that will require some local help from a technician or Cyberlink Support.

It may be possible to use Windows restore to restore your computer to the condition before you experienced this problem.

To use Powerdirector as Admin, you right click on the Powerdirector startup link/icon and select run as administrator. Carl312: Windows 10 64-bit 8 GB RAM,AMD Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz,ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB,240GB SSD,two 1TB HDs.
