Trial Version Freezes Laptop
[Post New]
I have an AMD A-Series Desktop APU Family Unit

  • Windows 10

  • 8GB Memory

  • CyberLink PowerDirector 14 (Director Suite 4)

I recently installed a Trial Version of the software listed above, upon testing the software, it freezes the entire unit, rebooting the system is the only solution that works. Could this issue be directly linked to the feature 'Limitations' of the Trial Version not operating at Full Capacity?

Help will be appreciated thanks!

RedSkull Please post your computer's dxdiag.exe evaluation text file so we can look at it.

Just use Cortana or search for dxdiag.exe to get the program up. Post the file itself and NOT the entire line by line text.

Please explain what you are doing while "testing" the software. 8Gb memory is enough unless you are doing 3D or other high resolution video editing. Make sure you are doing nothing else while "testing". .

Could be a laptop that is "sharing" the 8GB's. If true, could be the issue with available information

I was rendering 1080 video with color correction and I was using over 8GB.
Just saying. Asus X79-Deluxe, Intel i7-4930K, EVGA GTX 980ti, G.Skill memory 16GB, Corsair HX1000 PSU, OCZ Vertex4 SSD, OCZ Vector180 480GB, (2)Western Digital Black 1TB(RAID0), Western Digital 2TB, LG Blue Ray Burner, Lite-on DVD Burner, Logitech G19 keyboard, Window
