windows media center and powerdvd 16 upgrade from 15

Hi,

I have windows 8.1 and wmc. I want to know why you do not allow powerdvd 16 to insert an option in the wmc start menu? I see Cyberlink PowerDVD 15 but no PowerDVD 16 option. WMC is still supported in windows 8.1 so I can't understand why you don't allow powerdvd 16 to be supported in 8.1. Are you working with Microsoft to prevent HTPC to function with WMC???

Hi jkwaterman,

PDVD16 FAQ has a note to mention the previous PDVD 15 Cinema mode has revised as TV Mode in PDVD16.

And, to deliver a better user experience when switching between PowerDVD TV Mode and PC Mode, the TV Mode is no longer embedded with Windows Media Center.

I bought PowerDVD 16 for intergration with WMC. You said that it is compatible with windows 8.1. WMC is supported in windows 8.1 so Powerdvd 16 should support it. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How do I get reimbursed????
