robin1123,
welcome to the Forum.
Your first post is a mystery.
You do not tell us WHERE or WHAT the "bug" is, when to look for it, or what you expect us to solve for you.
I personally don't want to hunt for an error in 5 minutes of video. You need to be more specific if you are seeking assistance. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

Hello there!

Thank you for the replay!

If you can check the video once again, you might notice that there is some colors keep showing and hidding, and the video is ruined after producing.

What is the source file from? Can you attach a brief ORIGINAL clip, 10 seconds or so, straight from the capture software?

I watched the video and still wasn't sure what you mean by colors disappearing. Pick a particular bad place in the video and note when it is occuring.

1)Tell us so we can more easily find it.

2) Also go to the timeline in you production to the same time. Capture and post a screen shot of that general area. .

and what about number 2) request?

I have been watching the color of the car - it does not change. Help me, find the issue.

Please also answer Barry's question about source and a sample of the original.

Hello, robin1123!

To my eyes it looked like a few frames going missing here and there, but as for colours, I could not see any alterations apart from those deliberate alterations that were part of the story(from tractor to sports car to plane to helicopter). Was this your own creation? If so it was quite good. I could not see colours hiding.

Cheers!

Neil.

Hello!

Thanks for the replay.

The problem wasn't with the color of the vehicles changes.

There is a problem whenever I produce a MP4 video game. The problem is, there is something strange or a kind of bug keep tracking the video games I produce. Or maybe what you have said "few frames going missing here and there" might me true.

For me, CyberLink PowerDirector 14 is a nice video editor to use and I like it rather than using Sony Vegas. So I have decided to search for the forum and see if you guy could help me out.

Thank you for reading.

robin, we need to know the source of the file, a short sample, UNEDITED straight from your capture software, and perhaps one of us might be able to suggest a good file production type. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

I use ShadowPlay - MP4, a nice video recorder, I have tried other video editors and it didn't show that bug, but I really like to use PowerDirector14 because it is simple to use, and I of course bought it for that reason.

robin1123, You are not helping anybody to solve your problem or even idenify the problem.

You need to attach a short sample of your captured video, and a screen shot of what you see. Exact description of the problem.

Using Powerdirector screen recorder can show the exact spot and can show us a video of the problem.

Nobody can guess what you are seeing.

Oh hohoho guys!

When I was trying to record a video and upload it so I can show you, I have found a solution!

It was the produce file format where I can change my video type, so I used to produce using XAVC-S - MP4, but now I tried H.264-AVC and the video didn't show any kind of bug (If you haven't seen it yet).

Problem Solved.

Thank you all for supporting! and I am sorry for misunderstanding. -

robin1123,
I/we are happy you found a solution. Any time you have a question or issue, please visit the forum and perhaps you'll get swift assistance. I must add, though, that some issues demand much more information to solve and you might have to "step up" your input. We can best help those who help us help them.
